About Us
Introduction
Private markets have become one of the most powerful engines of global growth. Yet the data that powers them remains slow, fragmented, and locked inside unstructured reports. Investors are asked to make decisions without visibility. Managers are asked to deliver transparency without the tools to provide it.
Zanran’s view
Zanran believes that private markets deserve the same clarity, speed, and analytical precision as public markets. We believe asset level intelligence should flow instantly — not after weeks of manual effort. We believe transparency is not a luxury, but a requirement for institutional decision making.
Outcome
We built Zanran’s asset-level intelligence layer for private markets – a platform that transforms unstructured GP reports into clean, standardized data in minutes. A foundation that empowers allocators, investment managers and service providers to operate with confidence. A system designed for scale, built for accuracy, and engineered for the complexity of real world reporting.
By transforming unstructured GP quarterly reports into structured, asset level datasets in minutes, Zanran eliminates the manual bottlenecks that have long constrained LPs and their service providers.Â
In more detail
The platform automatically extracts, maps, and normalizes operational metrics, valuation inputs, and static attributes across Private Equity and Private Credit portfolios—delivering clean, comparable, and analysis ready data at scale. This enables performance benchmarking, exposure and risk assessment, valuation oversight, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring with unprecedented speed and consistency.
Zanran’s technology is designed for the complexity of real world reporting: diverse formats, inconsistent disclosures, multi currency portfolios, and evolving GP templates. With an automated pipeline, Zanran ensures accuracy, auditability, and repeatability across every reporting cycle.
Overall
Zanran serves as the connective tissue between GP reporting and the analytical workflows that drive investment decisions. Our mission is simple: empower the private markets ecosystem with the clarity and data infrastructure it needs to operate with confidence, transparency, and scale.
